Kim Kiyosaki’s Personal Development Practices
• Every morning – I read a piece from one of my personal growth books and then practice what I read that day.
• Journal every morning.
• Meditation – From 2-30 minutes daily.
• Book studies – Choose a book (business or personal development) and study it together with a small group of friends/business associates.
• Work with my personal development “coach” to get rid of the emotional and mental blocks that are holding me back.
• Practice being Present, every day.
• Practice Awareness every day. Being aware of my thoughts, emotions and reactions.
• Hike in the mountains.
• Exercise with a trainer 3 times a week.
• Bodywork – massage, chiropractic, reflexology.
• I see my Naturopath once a week for preventative.
• I do not hang out with negative people. I spend my time with positive, supportive, like-minded people who are pursuing their dreams.
