• Morning Rituals:
o Ginger, Turmeric, cinnamon, lemon and cayenne tea upon waking
o 20/20/20 Method
▪ 20 minutes vigorous exercise
▪ 20 minutes meditations & journaling
▪ 20 minutes reading/studying
o Review personal development reading from previous day
o Gratitude: 5 things I am grateful for
o Affirmations
• Evening Rituals:
o An hour of activity (walk, kayak, stand-up paddle board, etc)
o Review of affirmations
o Reading
o Planning for next day
o Visualization of next day
• Yearly development of personal and business goals with a quarterly review and progress check in. A Vision Board is created during this process and hung in my bathroom next to the mirror.
• Read at least one book a month that stretches me intellectually, personally, spiritually or professionally.
• Surrounding myself by like-minded women.
• Eat clean
• Acupuncture for preventative treatment.
• Step outside the box and force myself to do something that scares me on a regular basis.
